The Bison Bar is a full bar equipped with 2 taps included. She comes with staff, cups, ice, and tables that can be arranged for any occasion. Quiet generators if there is no power on site. We have large drink dispensers and a shot-board can be provided if you’re feeling frisky.

What type of events does The Bison Bar do?

We can do any event/party you can imagine, as long as we are not violating any laws or needing extra permits. From a company party to the most extravagant wedding. Let us take care of pouring the libations and you can enjoy your party.

What drinks can The Bison Bar serve?

Cocktails, bottled beer, draft beer, cider, wine, champagne, spritzer, lemonade, iced tea, coffee, soft drinks, and mineral water. We can do it all so let us know if there is something you would like to serve that is not listed here.

Does The Bison Bar serve craft cocktails?

Yes, we love to! The Bison Bar offers seasonal cocktails and traditional choices. All cocktails are served with fresh squeezed juices and made fresh simple syrups. Rachael has some great signature cocktails so don’t be afraid to ask for suggestions or make up your own. Our specialty menu is being revised right so be on the look out soon to see this beautiful addition to our website.

What kind of glassware does The Bison Bar have?

We provide clear plastic cups. However, if one chooses the custom cups to add on we can do etched glass, or custom plastic cups to fit the event.

Can The Bison Bar serve tap beer?

We prefer it. We recommend serving up to 2 local brews.

Does The Bison Bar have a liquor license and sell alcohol?

No, all alcohol needs to be supplied by you. But, don’t fret we will do all the work buying the supplies for you. Rachael is an expert at figuring out what you need. We will work with you and help finalize your event details.

Can The Bison Bar provide bar service without the trailer?

Yes, we have all the equipment to set up a unique full-service bar inside or out. Most of our winter events are inside.

Where is The Bison Bar based and does she travel?

We are based in Grand Junction, CO, and the Vail Valley. We love getting invites from all over this great nation. Anything and anywhere is possible! We are indeed a mobile bar. 

Can The Bison Bar party in the park?

Yes! Though you are required to obtain relevant permissions and permits from the parks department.

What is The Bison Bar dimensions?

It is an old regular two-horse trailer. It is 10 feet 8 inches in length and weighs around 2,700 Ibs.

Is The Bison Bar insured?

Yes.

Are the bar staff trained?

Our bartenders are the best in the business. Rachel is our head bartender with years of bar management and experience. Bree has experience bartending as a flight attendant and has been working in the customer service industry for the last 8 years. All bartenders are TIPS Certified, and Rachel has her mixologist license.
