The white trailer is our OG bar, and has already had a full summer of events and bartending under her belt. If you are interested in this charming rustic bar do not wait! She is gearing up for another busy year!
The Betty
Our black bar is newly renovated and ready to roam! It is the perfect edition to any edgy laidback or black tie affair event. Book this black beauty to give your guests a night to remember.
The Satellite Bar
Needing a bar to fit into any space? The Satellite Bar is mobile and easy to move. It still gives you and your guests a special bar experience with a touch of our Bison Bar flare.

Trailer Only - Day Rental
Trailer Only — Bar Rental, No Bartending
Want the look of one of our vintage trailers without the full-service package? This option is perfect if your caterer is handling drinks, you have a friend bartending, or you just want a gorgeous bar setup for a self-serve station.
What's included:
• Option to do one or two trailers (The Babe and/or The Betty) delivered, set up, and taken down
• Rental covers the full day of your event
• We handle all delivery, setup, and teardown
• No travel fee for events within 20 miles of Rifle, CO
• Events outside 20 miles: $2.00 per mile round trip
This is a trailer rental only — bartenders, glassware, drink menu planning, and consumables are not included. You're welcome to set up the bar area however you'd like once the trailer is in place.
The Classic Package - Full Service Bar
Our foundational full-service package. Perfect if you want a clean, beautiful bar setup with beer, wine, and one standout signature cocktail. We handle everything from menu planning to last call.
What's included:
• Your choice of trailer — The Babe (white) or The Betty (black)
• 2 professional, TIPS-certified bartenders (for up to 150 guests)
• 4 hours of bar service
• 1 signature cocktail with handmade simple syrups and fresh garnishes
• Wine service
• Beer service — choice of 3 canned beers or seltzers
• 2 non-alcoholic beverage options
• Drink menu planning consultation
• Custom menu board for display at the bar
• Detailed alcohol purchase list with quantity recommendations based on your guest count
• All necessary bar equipment, ice, and consumables
• Full setup and teardown
• No travel fee for events within 20 miles of Rifle, CO
• Events outside 20 miles: $2.00 per mile round trip
The Full Stampede Package
The Full Stampede Package — Premium Full-Service Bar
Our most popular package for weddings. Everything in The Classic, plus more cocktail options, a dedicated mocktail, expanded beer and seltzer selection, and our glassware upgrade. If you want the full experience and want your guests talking about the bar all night, this is it.
What's included:
• Your choice of trailer — The Babe (white) or The Betty (black)
• 2 professional, TIPS-certified bartenders (for up to 150 guests)
• 4 hours of bar service
• 3 signature cocktails with handmade simple syrups and fresh garnishes
• 1 signature mocktail — so non-drinking guests feel included, not forgotten
• Wine service
• Beer service — choice of 4 canned beers or seltzers
• 3 non-alcoholic beverage options
• Glassware upgrade
• Cocktail tree option available

- Additional bar hours: Available for purchase beyond the included 4 hours
- Second bar trailer: $500 (recommended for events over 150 guests)
- Additional bartender (3rd): $250 (recommended for events over 150 guests)
